These muffins have wheat germ, soy flour,flax seed meal, whole wheat flour, corn meal, unsweetened applesauce, vanilla soy milk and egg whites. The sugar content is just miniscule and there is no cholesterol and the carb content is low for muffins. You could use these for breakfast or a snack or a side item.
I FOUND THE CALORIES, FAT AND CARBS TO BE TOO LOW AND UNREAL SO I ENTERED THE DATA AGAIN AND CAME UP WITH A MUCH DIFFERENT CALCULATION.

the carb count on the list is wrong. the cake mix itself has 33 grams and the diet soda has zero. so it cannot have 64 baked.
