This is a recipe I came up with after having the Tastefully Simple's version.
Original recipe calls for cutting up one orange and juicing another. My kids love mandarine oranges so they are usually on hand
These are my favorite pancakes ever, my mom's recipe except with applesauce instead of oil. I mix up several batches worth of the dry ingrediants and keep it on hand. Then add one cup of mix to the wet ingrediants when ready to make
Good as a whole meal or a side dish. Using bagged chopped onions from the freezer and pre-chopped garlic, this can be an easy meal to keep on hand.
Succulent lemon-marinated shrimp tossed with peas, roasted peppers and angel hair pasta make for a quick supper on a busy night. Enjoy with a green salad drizzled with your favorite low fat or fat free dressing.
Serve this tasty chicken and asparagus stir-fry with wholegrain rice (for a super-fast supper, use the 90-seconds-in-a microwave variety).
This is a new favorite in our house. I found it on About.com, It is very quick and easy, marinading takes the longest.
