Sliced parsnips & turnips with chopped onions, garlic, fresh basil, salt and cracked pepper to taste, sauteed in olive oil

Tuna Salad(for sandwiches, pita, salad, etc.)

Just a standard high protein, low-fat, pretty darn good tasting tuna salad!
