Apple Cider Vinegar Cayenne Pepper Cold Remedy
A healthy homemade tomato sauce that I use for spaghetti and other sauces such as lasagna, casserole, etc.
A simple recipe with just 4 ingredients. May be made with reduced calorie mayo.
The garlic and herb spice makes this an interesting tasting dressing. I could be made lighter in calories with plain non-fat yogurt in place of the sour cream.

Quick & easy lunch, may be eaten as is with tomato slice or cottage cheese or made into sandwich by adding good whole grain bread slices.
Slice peeled cucumbers, soak in salt water for a few minutes, then drain. Combine vinigar and Miracle Whip to taste - more vinegar may be added as needed. Mix with cucumbers completly. Serve cold. May be refrigerated, but best eaten at time they are made.
