This is a very quick making chili that my mom and I have made for years. it's low on calories and fat. Gives you loads of good vitamins. It would be better with low sodium juice but I didn't do it this time around. Still good for cold days or when you need something hearty.
This is my own take on a recipe that I had found. This originally had peas, I switched it up and did green beans and it was originally 600 calories! I wanted to make a healthy version of this soup and it's not bad. I also renamed it because of changing some of the items and making it my own. It's a nice warm soup that you can start in the morning and have it ready for supper.
