Make a lot the night before and have it for work throughout the week! Make a sandwich or put it on top of cooked cold pasta. however you wish! :)

Hummus (low fat version)

This recipe gives you an even lower fat alternative to the Classic Hummus by substituting Tahini for fat-free plain yogurt. It gives the same consistency and tastes very good.
