Sun-Dried Tomato Pepper Hummus - Spicy
This is something I kind of made up and experimented with - I love hummus and the spice of pepper but I also love the sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes. This is a great mix of the two. It works well on red pepper slices, celery and as a spread for turkey, chicken and tofu sandwiches.
