    I've been eating low-carb since 6/12/09. As of 11/21/09 I've lost 41 lbs. I just came across this section of the website today and was delighted to find low-carb recipes for many of the things I've been craving. I can hardly wait to try the baked turnip fries and the cauli-taters!
