Quick, easy. I prep everything before hand so dinner is a quick fix when I get in from a long day at work.
I make a batch of this each week and take it for lunch. I mix up the veggies with whatever I have on hand..shredded carrots, leftover sweet corn....
That good old comfort food can still be healthy!
I season mine with garlic, curry powder, salt & pepper
This is easy, quick, healthy & looks awesome on the plate. I use smaller tomotes like a valentino type.
