So easy. So delicious. Grind up the grahams in your blender or food processor and instantly you have a sweet, crumbly base for these low-fat goodies. Add as many healthy blueberries as you like!
These are hearty and sweet. If you'd rather eliminate the oil, unsweetened applesauce is a good option. With no white flour, the yogurt and egg make these fiber-filled treats nice and moist.
Even without oil or butter, these low-fat muffins are very moist. Plus, when I buy too many bananas and they turn brown beyond what we prefer, I just pop 'em in the freezer until I'm ready to bake!
