I just wanted Chicken Salad so this is what I had on hand to mix together
this is a Weight Watcher receipe that we just LOVE! We usually make it for every holiday and then when we have a lot of cottage cheese to use up or for just a yummy cool treat! The nutritional value is figured with regular jello, NOT sugar free like it should be to be truely healthy.
A serving is figured at about .5 cup. I think we normally get twelve out of it.
This is a WW recipe that rocks. You can make it in the crock pot and let it cook all day or heat everything up in the microwave for a quick dinner.
This is my mom's recipe only I put one cup of whole wheat flour instead of 2 cups of white flour. I also added the tsp of vanilla just for flavor.
This is a version of my Mom's that I changed a bit. Instead of Ritz crackers I used bread crumbs and I think she normally puts ketchup in it; I have tried a few different sauces but this one has A-! Steak Sauce. We usually eat it with some kind of steamed vegetable, salad and Milk to drink.
This is a recipe from my Mom's kitchen. I substituted the sugar and butter for splenda and margarine. It is super yummy!
This was first made by my mother-in-law who has some great healthy recipes! In her recipe she has a 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and two cups of pancake mix. I decided to try the applesauce and one cup of whole wheat flour and it tastes great! I like to make strawberry sauce from frozen strawberries and slice up a banana for topping.
