If you allow no sugar added greek yogurt into your 4 hour body plan then this will work for you. This is not a strict 4 hour body way of eating recipe.

Easy side dish when you can't look at another pinto or black bean while on the 4 Hour Body diet. Best thing- you can add anything to it! Peppers, olives, tomatoes (if you haven't hit your limit), capers, etc! My man who is not a fan of lentils actually enjoyed this,

This is a great snack smoothie. It has enough protein that you can drink it before a workout or just to tide you over between meals. Plus beet juice has a lot of powerful nutrients that help your ticker! If it is too much for you add a healthy sweetener like stevia or even honey.
In college, my roommate who was from Bulgaria and I concocted this 'recipe' and it is total comfort food. Of course, back then it was with real bacon and real cream...so changes have been made to make it slightly healthier. Serve with a salad or some steamed veggies and voila!
Also, if you have time or have homemade tortellini or ravioli on hand this is perfect for that as well.
Can be topped with some crushed light tortilla chips - not included in nutrition values.

The fried onions really make this salad but you can choose to omit if they are just too much for you.
I think these would work great with Truvia as well - I was out of it that day I experimented with these so I used the sugar/applesauce combo.

It's good over chow mein or udon noodles too! But the nutrition total is factored for the rice. This is a great recipe to use up old veggies in the fridge too! If you like things even spicier you can increase the chile paste and get that metabolism rockin!

This recipe comes from Taste of Home magazine. Very good on a fall day, especially with a couple dashes hot sauce or a can of chiles added in.
This pasta serves many and if you really want to save calories just omit the pine nuts and the grated parmesan. It is a very hearty dish that gets requested a lot! I serve it with a nice big garden salad.
This idea comes from a copycat recipe of No Pudge Brownies on RecipeZaar, but it has been changed a bit. If you want something that satisfies a chocolate craving and won't make you feel guilty - this is it. I like a dollop of fat free cool whip on top and I'm in heaven.
The original is from her Lady & Son's cookbook. I changed up a few items to lighten it up and it's a big hit! By omitting all the butter and replacing the pork sausage with turkey, you are saving loads of calories and fat! Enjoy!
