This was very good. I made it with 100% Whole Wheat Penne. I hope you enjoy.
My kids love this but you may want to use all mild Rotel if you are feeding it to children. It tends to get spicy but has more flavor with the original. You can add salt and pepper to taste. I try to stay as low sodium as I can so it may need some at the end. Also, you may want to cook the green beans a little before throwing in the crockpot. All day they still were a little crunchy or you can throw in some cans of green beans.
Just add a few cubes of ice in the blender and this is awesome. I just throw it in, blend it and go.
