Super easy chilli that can be put in a slow cooker in the morning and ready when you get home.
It took me 2 and a half years to get this right. But it was sooo worth it!!
I needed a way to give me a protein boost in the morning, that was low on the calories, and quick for me to grab on my way out. I add 1/3 cup of yogurt, but you can use more apple sauce instead, to make it vegan. makes 12 to 15 bars
An easy Gumbo
That is really easy to make vagan, (just be sure to use Veggie Broth),
You can make it ahead of time in a slow cooker.
** Also please note cooking okra in a iron pot will make it change a darker colour.
