This is my customary breakfast when I am on track. It is modified from a recipe in The Hormone Diet by Dr. Natasha Turner (http://www.thehormonediet.com/), which is the diet I'm following.
This egg-based pie is absolutely packed with spinach; one serving gives you an entire day's worth of Vitamin A! Perfect for breakfast or a light lunch or supper.
This is an egg-based pie baked in a frozen pie shell, although a fresh crust would work just as well. Adjust to your tastes if desired by adding whatever veggies you prefer, such as broccoli, chopped spinach, sauteed mushrooms, etc.
A simple, meatless dish that makes an excellent high-fiber side dish but is also hearty enough for a meal on its own. The chicken stock and crushed tomatoes add enormous flavour, but you can always use water instead of the broth to reduce the sodium.
This soup forms the basic component of the Sacred Heart Medical DIet. I don't follow the diet, but I love this light, tasty soup!

This is a modification of the recipe "Honey Baked Lentils" by user CHESSAKAT, modified by FRANKIEFROG. Instead of adding lean ground beef, I used ground turkey.
For those of us who love Mexican flavours but not the calories! A yummy burrito tasting meat mixture to serve over hot brown rice or whole grain pasta (not included in nutrition information). This is a much healthier version of traditional burritos in flour tortillas.
Low fat couscous is jazzed up with tomatoes for zing and flavour and hearty chickpeas for that extra boost of folate, protein and fiber!
