a little bit less than 500 cal. meal, if you want to cut it more, skip the avocado. I eat panela cheese (I'm not entirely vegan) but you can substitute it for tofu or cheese replacement.

the sauce mix: Avocado, lime juice, olive oil, salt and basil. Mix with any pasta I like whole wheat penne and then add tomato in cubes and garbanzo beans (y u m)
