This super flavorful chicken salad is great served in a juicy tomato, on a bed of lettuce, or toast. The crunchy celery and fresh onion bring it all together. (must add nutrition for any additions here other than lettuce)
Marinating Hamburgers sounds odd, but it makes them taste so good! Try it!
If you have leftovers, try this for breakfast: Cut a slice of the Tamale Pie and heat in a microwave. Serve a sunny-side up egg on top! Really filling.
