I make this coffee cake for play dates at our house. Kids and Moms all love it and it's a cinch to put together.
This cake is really tasty and very moist. It doesn't need frosting (and that's usually where the evil lies in cake!) It's a perfect fall treat - and it makes your home smell good while it's baking :)
This is a wonderful way to use leftover brown rice, and to bulk up a 1/2 cup serving so that it takes up a little more room on your plate.
