This recipe is adapted from the King Arthur Flour Whole Grain Baking Recipe. This version uses egg substitute, a combination of butter and applesauce, and partial sugar substitute. Feel free to use all regular ingredients as biscotti is still generally lower in fat and calories than other traditional cookies or biscuits.

I saw this recipe on the Today Show. it is a great summer dressing for a mock Fried Chicken Salad.
Great alongside any greek dish.
Hearty low fat muffin; great for breakfast of snack. You may wish to add more spices for flavor :)
Great for grilling chicken or pork.
From Food Network's Alton Brown. I did not have the grains of paradise, and it still tasted fine. Feel free to mix up the spices to your liking.
