Mix-in-the-pan Chocolate Cake
Similar to the recipe already posted, but uses all granulated sugar instead of brown sugar and splenda. Good quality cocoa makes the difference between a good cake and a so-so cake.
Chocolate Mint Crackles
A simple, yet pretty cookie. Nice on a Christmas cookie tray. Not what I'd call a healthy cookie, but it tastes good!
