These are delicious. They are slightly sweet with a nice ginger flavor. They much lower in calories and fat than most muffins.
I cut down the butter and sugar in this recipe and used dark chocolate. The texture is best if you use quick cooking oats. I also like to use mini M&Ms. These are a bit high in calories and fat for a snack, but I think they make a great breakfast.
