Recipes I've Shared:
- Boil 11/2 cups of oats in water for about 3 mins
- Pour into a bowl and ad the blueberries, place in freezer to cool for 3 mins
- Remove from freezer and mix by adding 1/2 cup of Soy
-Slice banana and add to bowl & add 2tbsp of sliced almonds.
Mix and enjoy!
