This recipe asks for tinned pumpkin but as we can't get that in the UK, I make my own pumpkin puree and use 7fl oz (or 212g)

Please note this recipe uses self raising flour - if you can't get self raising flour use plain or all purpose and add 1tsp baking powder.

This is an old recipe handed down through my family. The nutrition information is for 50 biscuits but I can often make more, or less, it depends on the size and shape of the cutters. Please note that the prep time of 20 minutes does not include the 1-4 hours it takes for the dough to cool to a workable temperature.

This is a basic recipe for beefburgers which was passed down from my grandma via my mum. You can add herbs and spices to make them different.
My Grandma used to make this and it has passed down through the family with each of us adding our own little bits. You can substitute the potatoes for pasta if you want to use the mince for bolognaise.
I loved these as a kid. My mum used to put them in our bags for mid-morning snack at school to keep us going till lunch. Great for after school too.
