A tweaked version of several recipes. Very filling and I managed to keep it relatively healthy. Takes a lot of prep since I made everything from scratch but you can certainly shorten the time by using ready to use ingredients. Just make sure the stuff in them are good for you.
These muffins are made with bread soaked in egg mixture. You can also use whatever you have in your pantry for the toppings.
This will make for a good breakfast when you're running late in the morning.
This was adopted from the Crockpot Mexican Chicken posted by ILKANDC.
I didn't have a crockpot so I decided to modify the recipe a little.
Note: I actually used red wine vinegar instead of cedar vinegar but i can't find red wine vinegar in the database
Amount of ingredients can be adjusted to suit your taste. I like mine a little more sour.
I find that this works well with mixed greens, apple slices, and some cucumbers
got the recipe for the honey mustard chicken online. tweaked it a bit since i didn't have all the ingredients on hand and turned it into a filling sandwich.
