This recipe uses canned potatoes because it eliminates the hassle of cooking and peeling but they are no salt added so much healthier than regular canned potatoes!
This meatloaf recipe is easy, has a hint of a kick and stays very moist!
This is a slightly modified Cooking Light recipe. I sprinkled just a touch of parmesan on top and it was wonderful! Great for lunch the next day as well!
