mmmm. Can user riccota cheese instead of cottage if desired. Top with fruit for extra yum!
*Recipe is named for easy search*
This is basically a throw together in a skillet / casserole dish kind of meal. Pretty cheap if you de-skin and de-bone the chicken your self and freezes real well. The Serving size is generous so it could possibly feed more if needed.
As with any recipe, the seasonings listed are just a guide line. I usually just sprinkle in what I think is enough, which may be different for you add what you like.
Got this recipe from recipezaar.com. Not too bad, need to play with the seasonings and liquid a bit.
Really cheep to make and easy to cook.
Feel free to omit the cheese, but it does add some tatse!
My boyfriend loves french onion soup, so I make this as often as i can. This recipe produces a rich broth with sweet undertones rather then salty. Great as a meal on it's own!
Not a Bad recipie. I used vanilla no-fat yogurt instead of plain.
This recipe came from a search I did on the food network. You may want to play with the spices a bit, since I found it a little bland. With a little adjustment, these chicken "fingers" would be a good, low carb option
