Similar to Quaker's Vanishing Oatmeal cookies, with some whole wheat flour and chocolate chips. If you want raisins instead, add a teaspoon of cinnamon! Calorie calculator will be different for raisins instead of chocolate ;)
This may be similar to other recipes, but I wanted to write it down! I usually put a can of refried beans into my chili to make it thicker, but this time I tried oatmeal and barley instead to get some whole grains in there.
I saved a Ham Bone with a little meat on it to make this split pea soup, so the amount of ham is an estimation.
