Los Amandy's (mexican chicken in the crockpot)
Los Avino's is a favorite Mexican restaurant of my family's. We always get their chicken tacos and this is what it tastes like (or even better according to my hubby)! My name is Mandy, so I call it "Los Amandy's"!!!
I had picante sauce on hand so thats what I use. I usually use salsa. You can also add 1 c or ranch dressing and it makes it creamy and delicious as well!
