We eat this without the bread most of the time, so bread is not included in the calorie count. This can be eaten as a sloppy joe on bread, or as a thick pasta sauce on spaghetti.
Scrumptious with tzatziki sauce.
The original recipe called for 1/2 tsp of salt, but we are low sodium people...
Makes 7 1 cup servings.
