A basic baked turkey meatball, simple and fast to make. They freeze well to allow for making ahead of time. Good in soups, pasta sauces, or sandwiches.
Crock pot chicken curry
Whether or not this is a "real" chicken curry, it's tasty and smells fantastic when you walk in to the house at the end of the day. I serve it with brown rice.
