Told to me by a co-worker. Had some fresh asparagus around (it being that time of year) and decided to try it. Really good. Don't be too concerned about exact measurements. I actually just sprinkled some garlic powder and Parmesan on the asparagus, didn't really measure them. I ate the whole thing, but shouldn't have. Turns out to be fairly high calorie (sigh).
Got this from a recipe book called "Cooking for One is Fun" many years ago. It is long since out of print, but I continue to use several of its recipes. It was a library book, and I never found a copy to buy--but believe me, I tried.
Tried this tonight, really like it. I substituted Fiber One (original) cereal for crackers or bread. Moist, holds together nicely, good flavor.
Made this up for lunch today, when I didn't feel like cooking. Good, and reasonably low cal. Had a vegie with it, and it was lunch.
