This is a lovely creamy smooth baked egg custard, made with Soya milk suitable for dairy free &low carb.
I couldn't taste it was made with soy milk.
I imagine you can use any unsweetened soy milk.
Makes 2 portions you can double or triple the recipe it keeps for a couple of days in the fridge
