All the veggies in the soup are pureed together before the cheese is put in and it comes out thick and creamy for a calorie cheesey soup.
This recipe was given to me by a nutritionist. I used low/no salt products. It was such a surprise. It was so good. I now love lentil soup.
She told us that lentils are great for your blood sugar, helping suppress rapid rises.
