Light brown footballs frequently found on dim sum menus.

**One must add extra calories (perhaps about 100 or so) to account for the oil it picks up after deep frying)...please share your insights on how many calories this may be.

Waffles I (1 serving = two x 4 inch)

Fluffiest if you beat the eggwhites first, to a soft peak. One third cup of batter per 4 inch square. Cook for about 3 minutes, until the waffle maker stops steaming.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter

Everyone loves this...try it

Done in the skillet with a bit of olive oil
