this is a Gillian Mckeith recipe. Very filling and tasty with little extra seasoning necessary.

This simple recipe is quite delicious and the servings can easily be doubled and then used as a simple hor d'oeuvres at a party.
This recipe was modified from another Else.com. Also I've made these portions quite generous at 8 slices per loaf and included optional raisins and walnuts. I've included the calorie counts for more servings but all include the nuts, without them you save 152 calories per slice (8 slices) or 1216 for the whole loaf.
A. Cohen raw food book
This is a recipe from Living on Live Foods by Alissa Choen. Goes great over top of a bowl full of berries with bananas or any other fruit.
These are yummy and healthy from the Alissa Cohen book "Living in the Raw". I also like to shape them into little bars in stick them in the freezer.
