This was given to me by my grandmother. You can add flour to the mixture to make heavier noodles. I use this for four plates/bowls. It can be spread to a less size for a total of 8 servings.
Just my recipe for cooking chicken fingers. This is for 5 fingers per serving.
You can use any veggies that you have on hand. I added the peppers, as they were not in the orginal recipe. I used 1.5 Cup for my serving size.
You can put it on top of rice, pasta, noodles or just as a side!
This came out not as tomatoe as I would have liked. I think more maters are needed... see the picture the way it was suppose to look :)
