Mom's classic meatloaf made mini! These cook at a higher temperature, so they're done in a snap. Serve with green beans, and a nice salad.
An easy and lower calorie version of a fancy dish!! I use one chicken breast and split it into two servings, but it can easily be doubled or tripled. I usually serve brown rice and steamed vegetables for a side dish.
Originally a recipe for granola bars....I've tweaked it to make granola that you can grab by the handful. This recipe makes twelve 1/3 Cup servings.
I wanted to make a vegetable soup with a tomato base, so I searched online and tweaked a good one that I found. This make a lot of soup! I don't have a big stock pot, so I split it into two pots. My ladle measures 2/3C, and each serving is two (more level than heaping) ladlefuls.
This is a recipe that I was given several years ago. The original recipe has raisins too, but I leave them out because I use this bread for toast as well as sandwich bread. One slice with 2oz of turkey and a slice of provalone is a filling lunch with an apple and some pretzels. If you have a way to slice it thinner, you could make a full sandwich.
A tweaked recipe that usually uses Tilapia. The fish comes out golden and slightly crusted. I usually serve brown rice and broccoli with this.
