This more or less the recipe for hubby's "special potato soup". He's kind of a throw it all in a pot without measuring guy, so I've done the best I could for quantities but you'll have to adapt for your own taste.
This is a great and easy recipe a friend gave me. Just remember that the angel food cake will make it fluff a lot so don't over fill the cup.
No bread crumbs - slightly adapted from an online cookbook. Less cheese would be fine, but we like cheese.
This is by no means a low cal choice, but it's been the recipe I use for a long time and I couldn't find anything close in Spark's database.
I just needed the recipe calculator. This recipe uses lean ground turkey, dry beans, and lower sodium tomatoes & vegetable juice so it's relatively low sodium.
I basically just needed the recipe calculator, but then I thought I'd share. Pretty high calorie, but a few tweaks should bring that down nicely. I used 80% lean beef.
