I have always loved falafels, but was always concerned that pan frying was so high in fat. Not only was it unhealthy, but I hated the mess of all the oil. When baked, these falafels are extremely healthy and tasty!!
I found this recipe a long time ago online but do not remember where I got it.
A little less healthy than my other pudding recipe, but sooo good. Tastes great with nuts and/or fruit (chopped up banana and walnuts works well).
I got a huge carton of blueberries for really cheap so I decided to treat myself on a hot day! Very refreshing.

This is a delicious fat free, low sugar and vegan chocolate banana muffin. Put jam on top and it tastes delicious. It tastes like a cupcake but is healthy like a muffin.

I made this up one night when I was craving curry and coconut milk. The two ingredients just FIT together.
This is not low fat, but it is otherwise pretty healthy.
Serve with vietnamese rice noodles, brown rice, or whatever else you can think of!
This is a very easy recipe for French toast. It's also very good! This is for 2-3 pieces of bread. If you want more, just double/triple/etc the recipe!

This is sooo good. Make sure to portion size. Otherwise, it is very healthy. You can find nutritional yeast at most health stores. Check the bulk bins. DO NOT confuse with Brewer's Yeast.
You can also replace the Soy Butter with olive oil.
Tastes different than the boxed, non-vegan macaroni you find in stores, but has it's own unique and delicious properties. Also healthy to boot. Boxed macaroni and cheese ain't got nothing on this stuff!
This is a very healthy pudding that is also delicious! You can also freeze it to make "ice cream". If you want it sweeter, add another banana, agave nectar, maple syrup or processed sugar (to taste).
I usually have this as a snack after work/school to raise my energy. It's high protein and filling. It's also great if you're craving something chocolatey and/or sweet and don't want to indulge too much.
