Ginger Crinkles from Food Network

The original recipe uses some ingredients I didn't have, like turbinado sugar. I adapted the recipe here based on what I had on hand. These cookies are AWESOME!!! If you like ginger snaps, you'll love these. Mine turned out thicker than the ones pictured of the FN website. They are crisp on the outside and slightly chewy in the middle...just like the perfect ginger snap!

Fabulously Easy Wheat Pita Bread

This recipe is adapted from one I found on Food Network's website. While they use twice as much white flour as wheat, I decided to increase the wheat flour for health benefits. If you've never made fresh pita bread, this is the recipe to try! There are a lot of steps, but considering bread recipes, this is not very dificult.
