Simple way to add fresh spinach to your meal. Using canned corn makes it a snap to fix.
Using ground turkey for the taco meat reduces the fat, while chopped zucchini adds some veggies. It's a great change from regular scrambled eggs! I like to use leftover taco meat to make this a fast breakfast!
