I either make this on the weekend and split it up into 4 containers to grab in the morning. Or I split the whole ingredients into 4 and put them in the 4 magic bullet containers and blend them before I leave for work.
These sandwiches are fantastic and really tide you over until lunch. I like to make up a couple batches at a time and freeze them so I can have breakfast everyday for a few weeks! Just pop them in the microwave if they or frozen or put them in the fridge the night before to thaw.
This yummy dish is served cold and it really fill syou up. Great to pack for lunch! I like to eat it with a whole grain pita.
