This is crunchy and chewy and very satisfying without needing to be too sweet. I eat it with milk alternatives, but it goes just as happily with milk and yoghurt.
I made this for my children when they wanted the obvious breakfast cereal and there was no money. These ingredients were at hand. Very delicious and crunchy snack or healthy cereal.
Caiti loves to make a smoothie.
This one she drinks as is.
I add a spoon of protein powder
This is lovely with the Santa Fe Fiesta Soup
I plop one right into the bowl and pour the soup over it.
