This is my version of burritos, trying to be as low carb, low fat as possible.
The raw ingredients and amounts are guestimates only. This soup is actually made with whatever veggies you have in the refrigerator, and in any amount you want to use. The basic "stock" stays the same.
I just threw in all the fresh fruit I had on hand, and it's wonderful!
San Francisco is famous for its shrimp & crab louis salads. This is my favorite louis (pronounced lou-ie) dressing
