These are low fat and healthy. I like them with light sour cream.
This is good served on pasta or rice. I like to top mine with parmesan cheese.
Trying to be healthy and figured out a way to mix my morning coffee with my shake. It's very good!
These are healthy and low fat but don't taste like it! They're great as is, but you can dress them up however you like with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, etc.
The classic dip is great in a sourdough round, or with multigrain baguette or crackers.

This is my favorite pizza crust recipe. No waiting for dough to rise. This dough will make 3-4 small crusts or 1 thick crust or 2 thin crust pizzas... it works well all ways! Can also be made with 1/3 or 1/2 whole wheat flour if you wish.
I like to use bone-in chicken breasts in the crockpot because they stay moister and more tender than boneless chicken breasts after cooking all day.
I'm sure this would be great with fresh ingredients but I created it with what I had on hand. Yum!
Really good! Sometimes I add extra veggies such as broccoli and celery.
