I used to make these when I was on weight watchers. Low calorie and better than McD's
We threw together some leftovers and this is what we came up with. I would probably put in 1/2 of a Serrano Pepper as it was pretty hot.
This is a sauce to put over pork or chicken. If you would like the sauce thicker you can add more cornstarch.
Modified from Better Homes and Gardens Quick & Easy Recipes 2008. The original recipe has pine nuts and regular Italian Sausage. We modified this recipe to make it lower fat and calories.
We modified this from a recipe for Caribbean Shrimp Spread from Pillsbury Potlucks June 2008 book. We decided we didn't need any type of spread but could make this recipe into a nice salad.
We took this recipe for Fajita Chicken Wings in the Pillsbury Potluck June 2008 Issue and used the ingredients as a marinade for chicken breasts
