I love this recipe! It is so easy and so easy to adapt to your taste buds. I use ground turkey, but you could do pork or beef or make it vegetarian. I simmer it on the stove but you could also throw all the ingredients in a slow cooker and leave it on low all day and it would be perfect when you came home!
