A mix of yogurt, milk fruits, and spices with flax for Omega 3's. Great hold you meal for breakfast. Add frozen mango or raspberries for fun.
This is a modified muffin recipe from a place called the Blacksmith Inn. I don't like raisins but if you do, feel free to add a half cup.
This is an intense flavorful side dish with the sweetness of cranberry to balance out the earthy and tart of the rest. Each serving is 1/2 cup. For a lower calorie version, reduce the oil used.
This is a delicious hearty cold rice salad with a touch of sweet to offset the salt.
I just needed a calorie count on basic pizza. This works nicely.
Applesauce substitutes for oil or shortening. This is a nice dessert!
