This is a whole dinner in one pan. The flavors mix so well together that it tastes amazing. It is also a great meal for those watching carbs and fat.
This is a great breakfast and is low enough in calories that if you're extra hungry you could eat the whole thing yourself and still not be "bad". I have substituted yellow summer squash or zuchinni for the broccoli and it's still amazingly delicious... cuts down on the cooking time too if veggies are fresh (though frozen broccoli cooks faster than fresh) Enjoy!
