i LOVE breakfast potatoes that are fully loaded...but cant afford to eat these huge portions found in local diners so I came up with this recipe it came out awesome and my husband was truly satisfied with his too!
Similar to the white sauce found on fish Tacos 2POINTS per Tblsp.
A lil on the spicy side but its perfect on a cold rainy day slow cooked it for approx 6 hours
light fluffy cold dessert thats only 1 point with WW's inspired by hungry girl
You will Need Wax paper as well as non stick cooking spray for these...
Remember this is granola not a cookie although it does sort of have a cookie like texture. They're not hard & crunchy. Very nutty flavor with slight sweetness :)
a yummy low fat cupcake...using only 2 ingredients!
EDIT: this recipe can DEFINITELY be made into a cake as well I always use this method for all my cakes now :) nobody can tell the difference & everybody comments on how moist the cake is!
These are yummy super filling & can easily be altered to your mood!
Made Low Cal version & they are GOOD!
I freeze all my fruit, I keep them portion packed in ziplocks which makes for easy smoothie making in a hurry also takes off the pain of ice trays :)
so yummy and very filling!
PERFECT on top of my Chocolate Coffee Cupcakes! It can also be used on anything else its super yum super lite & super low cal! :P
Be sure to check for my chocolate whip topping low fat also :)
Sorta spicy...*to me* lol but I can't handle spicy very much. You can add or remove heat in these.
I LOVE this combo of grilled onions & yellow squash...the pepper makes it a tad spicy but the cheese mellows it out.
I love this combo of beans! You can eat it alone or throw it on a bed of greens.
Now these are a hit in my house, they are a bit higher in calories than I'd normally like but they are so freaking good & they have some hidden veggies inside ;) kids have no clue!
*oil can be replaced with applesauce (i didn't have any)
*sugar can be reduced depending on how tart you like your muffins
This is an easy base for crepes...you can add anything to these to stuff them with...or you can eat them with just some low sugar preserves my family loves these with lemon & blueberries or bananas with walnuts!
You can use apple chopped up apples...I made a big batch of slow cooked Apples & used 1/2 cup of those for these ;) they were lightly seasoned with cinnamon & pinch of nutmeg. *no sugar added
The hubs and I love this stuff...we don't eat it very often but when I do make it up it never lasts.
My kids refuse to eat veggies, So I sneak them into their meatloaf (which they love) and they have no clue they are eating veggies!
These are so good I can't stand the perfect muffin for Fall & they freeze perfectly! Great mix of pumpkin & carrots!
